Hotel Dwana - Mazatlan

Rooms clean and location good, but noise and communication issues were disappointing.

The food was freshly made and the location was good. It was about 25 km from the airport. We booked double room and it was new-fashioned.

A FAMILY atmosphere, I liked it. I was given family room with iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location was good, just off Olas Altas, government offices and a cafe in the end and easily accessible.

The bed in the Beautiful Room offered a cozy spot, perfect for some solid shut-eye after a long day. The unique rooftop terrace provided a chill spot to unwind while taking in views of the surrounding area.

On my second day, running water became a luxury. The AC fluctuated wildly from arctic to barely cool, and those hard pillows was like they'd been salvaged from a crashed starship. Internet connectivity was spotty, add to that, the nearby business noise could keep you awake past your bedtime.

the hotel was close to the beach and close to olas altas beach. i loved that the venue was 30 minutes drive from the airport.

This place was an absolute dissapointment. Had no running water for a day and had to flee late at night, thanks to the, oh-so-wonderful staff. And what's with the rock hard pillows? Heard they are trying to save money on them, but a nice pillow would have been great, instead of feeling like I was sleeping on bricks.

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to

Excellent location near Olas Altas and pleasant staff. The hotel felt nearly new!

Noise from the busy street was disruptive. WiFi connectivity was troublesome, requiring repeated logins.

The staff were friendly, always ready to assist.

It was a top selection for a flash visit in Mazatlan with very good value for money. The hotel felt nearly new, making my stay pretty nice and fresh. Look for nearby restaurants as options might be limited on-site.

This hotel is located perfectly, with easy access to both Olas Altas and the historic center. The staff were always pleasant. The facility feels nearly new.

The air conditioner stopped cooling effectively on the last day of our stay.

The room at dwana was modern and clean upon arrival. It's in a great location, close to government offices and notaries. The rooftop lounge was a nice spot to relax. I also enjoyed how cozy the bed was.

The Beautiful Room was clean, comfy, and had great features like air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The amenities included complimentary toiletries, a wardrobe, and even a telephone. The spa facilities offered a nice way to relax after a day out.

Got to enjoy a cozy, modern room that was super clean upon arrival, and the rooftop lounge was a perfect chill-out spot. The spa services were a nice touch for unwinding. Just a heads up, there was a brief hiccup with the hot water on my last day, but it didn't ruin my time 😊
